No Refund, Exchange Only Policy

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Order Cancellation Within 2 Days (Not Yet Shipped):

    • Orders placed within 2 days but not yet shipped will be canceled. We appreciate your understanding.

Exchange Policy:

  1. Damaged or Non-Working Items:

    • If the product arrives damaged or non-working, please send us photos. We will send the item to our maintenance department, we either exchange the item or send it fixed.
  2. Gift Voucher for Damaged Order:
    • If the customer prefers not to exchange a damaged order, we will assess the possibility of providing a gift voucher. Approval from management is required before issuing the voucher, which will then be provided to the customer.
