I received my order late, the delivery company had the wrong address (bayada) while the address as clearly mentioned in my order was dhour el aabadiyeh which caused a delay in receiving it. When I received it the box was smashed and the product was outside of it in the bag. Even the product tube was smashed and wrinkled but thank God it was still sealed. It's not Ezzat el daouk, but it's who gave the wrong delivery info to the wakilni and handling of the product package. Thanks
